    Every time we stay in Kilkenny, like to stay here. Views are nice, hotel is reasonably clean. The rooms are brand-new with comfortable beds and safe. The location is ideal and exceptionally nice very close to the city center. At the lobby bar they serve outstanding food and drinks.

    There was a good breakfast, free parking, bathtub, good sized room and bathroom, it was good for seeing the city if you have a car to drive in with.

    The rooms were noisy and the toilets made a very loud sound, like a fog horn, when you flushed them.

    We found the hotel to be modern,clean and very comfortable.It met all our needs.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good.Also the location suited us for visiting Kilkenny.It was very relaxing and restful break which we enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to others.

    Bathroom space insufficient for personal items!!! Lounge areas can feel overly loud from nearby traffic or guests!!! The lack of accessible restroom facilities near the dining area can lead to inconveniences!!! Noise from rowdy guests can affect sleep quality!!!

    Very comfortable room and great to have bar/restaurant facility that was so nice in budget accommodation. Breakfast was fantastic!

    Room was a little cool and shower room was a little dangerous as the whole floor became wet (think we were in a wheelchair accessible room) - could have done with another shower curtain.
